How quickly will you reply to my message?
Within 24 hours, usually much faster during business hours. WhatsApp is often fastest if you need a quick reply.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Reach out as soon as you know. We ask for 24 hours notice when possible so the instructor can plan, but we understand things come up. We work with you on rescheduling.
What if I'm running late?
Let us know via WhatsApp or call. We hold your lesson time and adjust as best we can. Lessons end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late, because of other students after you.
Can I bring a friend or partner to my first lesson to watch?
Yes, that's fine. Some people feel more comfortable having someone they know there for the first lesson. Just let us know in advance so we can set up the space.
