Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe how lessons and other services are booked, paid for, and conducted at The Dance Circle, LLC, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. By booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms.
Booking & payment
- Lessons are billed per-session unless you have purchased a package in advance. Packages do not expire for twelve months from purchase.
- Payment is due at the time of the lesson, or in advance for packages. We accept all major cards and bank transfer.
- Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include all applicable Florida sales taxes.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule any lesson up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full lesson rate.
- If we cancel a lesson, we will offer a reschedule at your convenience or a full refund.
Studio conduct
We expect every student and visitor to treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is harassing, intoxicated, or otherwise disruptive to the studio.
Liability
Dance involves physical activity. By participating in a lesson, you confirm that you are physically able to do so. The Dance Circle is not responsible for injuries arising from a student’s pre-existing medical condition. If you have any concerns about your fitness for a lesson, please consult your physician first and tell your instructor.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version is always posted on this page with a "Last updated" date at the top.
