Who we are

The Dance Circle, LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a private dance studio located at 3000 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33306. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website or book a private lesson with us.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to schedule a lesson and follow up. That includes:

  • Your name, phone number, email address, and any details you provide in the message field of our intro-lesson form.
  • Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and the page you arrived from — used in aggregate to improve the site.
  • A small amount of cookie data, described below.

We do not collect or store payment card information on this website. All transactions are processed by our PCI-compliant booking provider.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and schedule an intro lesson.
  • To follow up with you about a booked lesson (reminders, scheduling).
  • To improve our website and understand which pages are most useful.
  • To send occasional newsletters only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any newsletter we send.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with a small number of trusted service providers — our scheduling software, email provider, and analytics platform — who help us run the studio. Each is bound by contract to use your data only for the purposes we have authorised.

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies: a session cookie for site functionality, a privacy preferences cookie to remember your choices, and one analytics cookie to count anonymous visits. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner at the bottom of any page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email us at hello@dancecircle.studio and we will respond within thirty days.
